PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability by detecting the opening and closing condition of an opening and closing device for freely opening and closing an opening part provided in a moving body such as an automobile, and while detecting the existence of object in the opening, and controlling the traveling condition of the moving body on the basis of the detection. SOLUTION: At the time of input of the ignition, an opening and closing condition detecting means 13 detects the opening and closing condition of a sun roof 12, and in the case where opening is detected, an object detecting means 14 detects whether a part of a body of an occupant as an object exists near an opening part 121 of the sun roof 12 or not. In the case where a result of detection is YES, an alarm means 15 is operated for alarm, and while an equipment control means 16 operates an audio device 17 so as to lower the volume and so as to clear the alarm by the alarm means 15. Continuously, the opening and closing condition detecting means 13 detects the opening and closing condition of the sun roof 12 again, and the object detecting means 14 detects the existence of the object near the opening part 121 of the sun roof 12 again, and in the case where results of both the detection are YES, the alarm means 15 and the equipment control means 16 are continuously operated. |
