PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing steps without particularly necessity of an adhesive layer by directly molding resin composition containing carbon fiber and matrix resin on a base material by an injection molding method or compression molding method without intermediary of adhesive. SOLUTION: In a mold, there are a space for installing metal material of material to be adhered, space for casting carbon-fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) material, hole for casting CFRP material and further a gap for externally releasing gas component generated at the time of CFRP molding. The metal material is installed therein, and the CFRP material is injection molded. In this case, in the mold, smoothness is enhanced by a treatment such as plating so that the CFRP does not adhered except the metal material for the purpose. In the case of a compression molding, it is first dispersed on the metal material. Thereafter, the molding is obtained by uniaxially applying a pressure in the case of heating. |
