PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation container which can easily exchange plants without depending on any specialist and sufficiently circulates air into soil. SOLUTION: A plant cultivation container 2 is provided with an outside container 4 and an inside container 6, a bottom wall 602 of inside container 6 is supported by a bottom wall 402 of outside container 4, and a side wall 604 of inside container 6 is supported by a side wall 404 of outside container 4. The inside container 6 is filled with artificial soil 12 composed of grains larger than the mesh of net-shaped member consisting of the side wall 604 of inside container 6, water 14 is supplied into the outside container 4, and a plant 16 is transplanted on the artificial soil 12. At the section of artificial soil 12 higher than the surface of water, air is circulated through the side wall 604 of inside container 6 by an opening part 10 and a circulating part 8 and when the level of water gets higher than the opening part 10, water is drained from the opening part 10 so that two functions for circulating air into the circulating part 8 and draining water can be operated by the opening part 10. |
