PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for the temperature without complicating a structure by providing means for measuring the temperature of a color printer, and means for correcting the color such that the coloring characteristics of a color printer deviating from a standard level under a measured temperature are canceled. SOLUTION: An image input unit 10 inputs the color image data of a color image to an image processor 20 which delivers a color pixel data subjected to color correction to an image output unit 30. The image processor 20 outputs a data corrected to be faithful to the original color when it is outputted from the image output unit 30. In the embodiment, it is a color correction data being subjected to temperature compensation in the image output unit 30, i.e., a printer, and a temperature measuring means is provided on the image output unit 30 while a color correcting means is provided on the image processor 20 in order to obtain such a color correction data. |
