SOLUTION: A sandwich structure 3 is produced by a process for spraying a plastic soln. 3 foamed at the normal temp. under normal pressure becoming a core on the opposed surface of a pair of surface panels 1A, 1B to foam the same on the surface plates and a process for laminating the surfaces of the core to the surface plates before the foamed plastic 3A is not cured not only to integrate all of them to ensure planned panel thickness but also to form them into a required shape.</p> |
