PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering leaked chemical liquid which can recover safely without contacting it and also treat harmful gas generated from the recovered liquid. SOLUTION: A liquid receiving chamber 1 is formed from polyvinyl chloride resistant to both alkali and acid. A suction tube 3 one end of which is a suction port 31 is connected with the upper part of the chamber 1. A filtration chamber 2 is connected with the chamber 1. A pressure-reducing pump 4 is connected with the chamber 2. The pressure of the chamber 1 is reduced by the pump 4 through the chamber 2.
