PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a cutting force and cut a work with a uniform force by rotating a cutting tool at high speed by a trace quantity by a high-speed rotation motor so as to cut the work and rotating the cutting tool by a low- speed rotation motor so as to displace the position of the cutting abutment part at low speed. SOLUTION: When a high-speed rotation motor 1 is rotated, a tool 19 integrally supported with a spindle 9 is rotated about a point O1 with a radiusδat high speed, while being tilted about a point O2 . When a low-speed rotation motor 16 is rotated in this state, the tool 19 rotates about the point O2 at low speed via a rotation member 11, a guide roller 18, and a projecting pin 17. When the tool 19 is a cutting tool, the tool 19 rotates with the radiusδat high speed by a trace quantity by the high rotation motor 1 so as to cut a work with the cutting force being distributed. The cutting abutment part of the tool 19 is displaced at low speed by the motor 16 so that the tool 19 can cut a work in the wide surface part. |
