FIELD: pyrotechnics. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of spark flame lighters consists in deposition of pyrotechnic compound on section of wire and in cyclic pulling of wire through mould along which there are allocated sections loaded with doses of pyrotechnic compounds with various colors of flame. Wire is pressed out and is cut outside mould in the middle of pressed out and open sections of wire. EFFECT: improved quality of lighters, saving of materials and increased performance effect. 1 dwg
