PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a warp in a member and irregular adhesive strength with respect to a member adhering method and a member adhering device for adhering a thin member to a base with high accuracy. SOLUTION: After an adhesive material coating means 33 is positioned at a first position X1 a fixed distance spaced from a coating start position X2 of a base 103, adhesive material discharge action of the adhesive material coating means 33 is started, and also the adhesive material coating means 33 is started to move from the first position X1 by a moving means. Next, at a coating completion position X3 of the base 103, adhesive material discharge action of the adhesive material coating means 33 is finished, the adhesive material coating means 33 is stopped moving at a second position X4 a fixed distance spaced from the coating completion position X3 of the base 103. In this way, it is moved with constant velocity from the coating start end X2 to the coating completion end X3. Thus, irregularity of adhesive material layers at the coating start end and the coating completion end is prevented. |
