摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high magnetic flux density grain-oriented silicon steel sheet having a good steel sheet shape and further having extremely excellent core loss. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a grain-oriented silicon steel hot rolled sheet contg. a process in which a steel contg., by weight, <=0.10% C, 2.5 to 7.0% Si and ordinary inhibitor components and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is treated by an ordinary method, and the strip rolled approximately to a final product thickness is subjected to decarburizing annealing and is subjected to final finish annealing, at the time of subjecting the strip to the decarburizing annealing, immediately before this or in the temp. raising stage in the decarburizing annealing, rapid heating is executed by using conductive rolls, the sheet tension between the roll on the low temp. side and the roll on the high temp. side in the conductive rolls is regulated to 1.0 to 4.0 kg/mm<2> , the drawing down force in the roll on the high temp. side is regulated to 1.0 to 4.0 kg/mm by linear pressure, and the temp. of the roll on the high temp. side is regulated to >=200 deg.C.
