PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the working of two-layer castable refractory without developing the detachment between the layers by casting castable refractory into a space containing recessed parts on the inner surface of the castable refractory worked body at the outer surface side formed after removing projecting materials between a middle frame and the outer surface side castable refractry worked body. SOLUTION: Previous to the working of the castable refractory at the outer surface side after arranging plural projections on the outer surface of the middle frame with means of adhesion, etc., the middle frame is fixed at a position where can secure a prescribed working thickness of the castable refractory. Thereafter, the castable refractory at the outer surface side is cast into the space between the middle frame and the casing 1 of a vessel and worked and after curing and hardening, this frame is removed. Successively, the middle frame 3 for working the castable refractory at the inner surface side is newly set to a prescribed position, and the castable refractory is cast into the space containing the recessed parts 6 on the castable refractory surface at the outer surface side formed after removing the projections 6 between the middle frame 3 the outer surface castable refractory worked body 4 to form the inner surface worked body 5, and after curing and hardening, this frame removed. |
