PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement operation for a cutter bit easily and in a short time so as to lighten a burden of an operator, improve the safety and improve excavating work efficiency in a cutter device. SOLUTION: A cutter head 13 is installed on the front of a skin plate in so as to be driven in rotation by a hydraulic motor 15, and a guide rail having the central part side bent inward is arranged in front of the cutter head 13. Plural main and subsidiary holders 27, 28 connected to each other to be bent are supported in such a manner as to freely move along the guide rail, and a cutter bit 22 is installed on the main holder 27. Further, The central part of the guide rail is provided with an opening 35 for permitting the movement of the cutter bit 22 and the holders 27, 28, and the opening part 35 can be opened and closed by a gate mechanism 38. |
