PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional duplicate forming device which allows shortening of the time required to perform processing. SOLUTION: The features are extracted from the entered three-dimensional shape data, and the optimum material to suit the given features is selected automatically. A material supply part holds materials which have been previously processed coarsely in several sorts of patterns and feeds material according to the selected sort by a material selecting device. The material fed by the material supply part is processed on the basis of the three-dimensional shape data. This system permits determining automatically the optimum material free of necessity to execute coarse processing to lead to shortening of the time of processing.
