PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for jelly in jelly which can solve the problem that pieces of jelly bind to each other and their aggregates scatter in the base jelly. SOLUTION: A plurality of jelly pieces are scattered in the molten base jelly, then the base jelly is converted to get to produce the objective jelly in jelly in which individual jelly is homogeneously dispersed and, when a plurality of jelly pieces are admixed to the molten base jelly, the jelly pieces are in advance mixed with a liquid substance, then the resultant mixture is added to the base jelly. |
