发明名称 POLYAMIDE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in sliding characteristics, i.e., abrasive and frictional characteristics as well as mechanical properties, by including a composition obtained by homogenously dispersing a swellable fluorinated mica-based mineral in a polyamide-based resin and ultrahigh molecular weight polyolefin microparticles. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a polyamide-based resin composition obtained by homogenously dispersing (ii) 0.01-100 pts.wt. of a swellable fluorinated mica-based mineral in (1) 100 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin, and (B) ultrahigh molecular weight polyolefin microparticles. The component (ii) is obtained by mixing oxides, such as silicon oxide and magnesium oxide, with various fluorides, melting the mixture and conducting a crystal growth of the objective the fluorinated mica-based mineral during the cooling process. The component B consists of a polyethylene having a weight-average molecular weight of 10<5> -3×10<6> , preferably, in the form of minute powder having a bulk density of 0.94 g/cm<3> or higher and an average particle diameter of 100μm or less. The weight ratio of the component A to the component B is preferably (99:1)-(40:60).
