PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the clouding preventive property of a window glass when the car speed is reduced suddenly. SOLUTION: In the step S 230, it is decided whether the reduction levelΔVs of the car speed V is larger than a set value D or not by reducing the car speed suddenly. That is, since a defroster air capacity is reduced by a running air, as well as a front glass is cooled up, when the car speed V is reduced suddenly expressed in S 230, the front glass is likely to be cloudy. Consequently, when the reduction levelΔVs of the car speed V is larger than the set value D, the step S 240 to carry out a clouding preventive control is applied, where the defroster air capacity is increased by increasing the opening DSW of a defroster door 19, so as to improve the clouding preventive property of the front glass.
