PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a processed product of Leucaena glauca to be used as a food for promoting health. SOLUTION: This method for processing Leucaena glauca comprises heating a plant body such as leaves and stems of Leucaena glauca to give a carbide, immersing the carbide in water, adding an edible acid to ad just pH 5-0.5 and eluting substances contained in the carbide into an acidic aqueous solution. |
