PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piece of clothing for sports training helpful in accustoming an exercising person to take such an important posture in sports as to tightly position his upper arms close to his sides. SOLUTION: This piece of clothing comprises a body attachment area laid along the body 2 near under an upper arm 6, a sleeve attachment area laid along a sleeve 4 facing to the body 2, and a sleeve attracting mechanism 8 independent of the body 2 and sleeve 4. Wherein, the structure 8 comprises; a sheet substrate 9 composed of a flexible member 10b connecting the body attachment area with the sleeve attachment area, the first magnet 12 setting its S-pole toward the sheet substrate 9 and disposed on the body attachment area, and the second magnet 12 setting its N-pole toward the sheet substrate 9 and disposed on the sleeve attachment area. There are provided a Hook-and- Loop fastener 17 on one side of the sheet substrate 9 and another Hook-and- Loop fastener 7 detachably engaged with the fastener 17 of the sleeve attracting mechanism 8 on the body 2 and sleeve 4. |
