FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for transdermic transliver endoprosthetics of biliferous ducts. Device is essentially flexible radiopaque tube bent into arc and provided with side holes and reverse bent in distal region. Tube length exceeds distance from duodenum to patient's skin. Sealing elements is secured to proximal end of tube. Maximum diameter of sealing element exceeds external diameter of tube. Due to arrangement of proximal end of drain with sealing element in hypodermic cellular tissue of patient, reliable fixing and easy access to endoprosthesis are provided.
