PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the death rate of aquatic lives without requiring large apparatus and injuring live fishes by a small amount of water and provide a container for transporting aquatic lives, free from water leakage, enabling transportation, storage or displaying at the store until delivered from growing districts or fishing ground to final consumers. SOLUTION: In a hermetically sealable container for transportation of aquatic lives, at least a part is composed of air permeable film such as a crazing film and the air permeable film has 3×10<3> cc/m<2> .24 hr to 1×10<10> cc/m<2> .24 hr oxygen permeability (A) at 23 deg. and <=1×10<6> g/m<2> .24 hr permeability (B) at 40 deg.C and has >=150 ratio of (A)/(B).
