PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device for raw laver capable of effectively washing the raw laver by stirring a mixture of the raw laver with water in the rising state and separating small organisms. SOLUTION: This device for raw laver has separating cylinders 3 installed at a prescribed distance in the interior of a washing vessel 2 in the vertical direction, a brushing cylinder 4 concentrically installed in the separating cylinder 3 at a prescribed distance so as to freely rotate, fiber bundles planted on the outer periphery of the brushing cylinder 4 in a spiral shape to form a spiral brush 5 and to arrange the tip parts of the spiral brush 5 near the inner wall of the separating cylinder 3, a means for charging the mixed liquid of a raw laver with water, connected to the lower part of the separating cylinder 3, a raw laver-discharging means connected to the upper part of the separating cylinder, a water-charging means and a water-discharging means connected to the brushing cylinder 4, and a water-discharging means installed in the washing vessel 2. |
