PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-boiling machine capable of boiling a large amount of noodle of even a frozen state in high efficiency. SOLUTION: This noodle-boiling machine is provided with a bottom-closed cylindrical hot water tank 1 for storing hot water, a heat source (burner 3) placed in a heating chamber 2 positioned at the lower side of the tank 1, a heating column 4 vertically erected in the hot water tank and containing a cavity connected to the heating chamber, a heat-exchange pipe 5 placed in the heating column 4 and connected to the hot water tank, a plurality of noodle baskets 11 placed in the hot water tank in an invertible state and a noodle basket transfer mechanism 8 extending around the hot water tank and transferring the plural noodle baskets along the inner wall of the hot water tank. Even a frozen noodle can be boiled in high efficiency by the action of the noodle basket transfer mechanism 8 and the heat-exchange pipe 5. |
