PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a composite sheet heat-sealable at low temp. high in seal strength and superposed on the base material. SOLUTION: This seet has a stretched article of a thermoplastic synthetic resin as a core material 1 and composite layer yarns 3 having an outer layer 2 amde of a synthetic resin applied thereto are longitudinally and laterally further arranged on the surface of the core material 1 and the mutually crossing parts 4 of the composite layer yarns 3 are fused. In this constitution, the composite layer yarns 3 of the outer layer 2 based on an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer resin obtained by copolymerizing 70-99 wt.% of ethylene and 30-1 wt.% of 3-12Cα-olefin and having density of 0.880-0.920 g/cm<3> , MFR of 0.1-20 g/10 min and a ratio (Mw/Mn) of a wt. average mol.wt. Mw to a number average mol.wt. Mn of 3 or less are arranged in at least one of longitudinal and lateral directions.
