FIELD: baking industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves dough kneading from flour, yeast, salt, water and other ingredients determined by receipt, fermentation of dough, its making up and baking. Preparation "Erakond" preliminarily dissolved in water is added in dough in the amount of 0.1-0.2 kg per 100 kg of flour together with other components.
