The heat exchanger (1) has panels (2) which are stacked in one another on a baseplate (3). The panels are shaped so that they form at least two separate channels for heat exchanging mediums, which are preferably water and oil. The stack of panels has at least one vertical passage opening (8), which is sealed from the channels. A removable fastener (9) for attaching the heat exchanger to a component is located in the opening. The diameter (11) of the opening in the baseplate may be smaller than those in the heat exchanger panels.
