摘要

Pharmaceutical anti-tuberculosis composition in the form of a fixed dosage tablet comprising four important anti-tuberculosis medicinal products, i.e. rifampin, isoniazide, pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride in a fixed dosage compound with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, stabilisers and anionic surface agents, along with a wet granulation method to prepare said pharmaceutical anti-tuberculosis composition in the form of a fixed dosage tablet. The pharmaceutical composition has an excellent physicochemical stability and bioequivalence compared to the single product dosage form containing an equivalent quantity of medicinal products.
