A pull-loop forms at least part of the sleeve periphery and is pulled through a tension element (81) next to the outer surface of the link-pin (39). The sleeve has at least one part (97) stretching round half its periphery. A pull-piece (88) curved to match the sleeve inner periphery fits into the part (97). One end (92) of the pull-piece is anchored in the back-tapered parts of the part, while the free end (98) touches the tensioning element supported on the angled arm (53).
