本实用新型是一种方圆大块型煤机器工业用该机和双火高效环保超新锅炉配套处还可以改造现有的锅炉沸腾炉也烧方圆大块型煤。该机器可以做方型大块型煤也可做圆块,根据锅炉大小来确定设计型煤块大小,大锅炉就设计大块型煤,小锅炉相对设计型煤块也小。该方圆大块型煤机有压力架、液压缸、压力盘和型煤制块桶、托块架、桶架所组成。型煤制块桶上端有压力盘、液压缸、压力架、型煤制块桶内有数根空心柱,型煤制块桶下端有托块架、底盘、桶架下有活动底盘和吊耳相连升降杆。改造好的锅炉烧大块型煤,可节约能源10—40%。
