The invention concerns a pharmaceutical product based on a transdermal emulsion gel containing one or more hormones from the group of androgens, estrogens, gestagens and corticoids with antiphlogistic, analgesic and antirheumatic effect, which contains, in relation to the total product weight, 10.0 to 20.0 % of vegetable oil, 0.2 to 0.8 % of hydroxyethylcellulose, 2.5 to 5.5 % of monoacylglycerol, 1.0 to 3.0 % of beeswax, 3.0 to 6.0 % of glycerol, 0.3 to 1.8 % of lecithin, 0.1 to 0.5 % of salicylic acid, 0.1 to 0.5 % of benzoic acid, both in the form of an aqueous solution of sodium salt with pH 5.0 to 6.0, 0.001 to 3.0 % of one or more hormonal compounds, 0.01 to 0.2 % of one or more synergistically acting substances, 0.01 to 0.2 % of pharmaceutically acceptable additives, and the remainder up to 100.0 % by weight of water and pharmaceutical solvents. The invention also concerns the process of preparing the emulgel preparation. The emulgel preparation is for external use, particularly in the form of massage during hormonal therapy. |
