<p>A panel (1) for supporting a label (4) on a solid food product is made from an edible material, which is attached to the product during the manufacturing process, and has a paper label attached to it by a layer of a food-grade mineral adhesive material. The substrate used for the panel is a protein substance such as casein, and the paper label attached to it has a covering of a transparent material. Avoids any alteration to fermentation process from attached panel. The label can be easily stuck without pressing.</p> |
