It is made from steel and consists of three assemblies, the screen (fig. 5, 12) the column (fig. 5, 12) and the anchorage (fig. 5, 14) which is embedded in a foundation of reinforced concrete (fig. 5, 15). The assemblies are manufactured industrially in series, are fully interchangeable and are assembled on site. It has a mechanism for rapid and safe raising and stretching of the material with the advertising message (fig. 17; 48, 49, 50), (fig. 18; 52), (fig. 19; 54). Its frame is held open by a mechanism and is bolted into the closed position (fig. 11; 33, 34, 35). It has a system for adjusting the height of the board (fig. 5; 18) as well as for small rotations for correcting the orientation (fig. 22; 74). It is illuminated and has a special system for rapidly removing and changing bulbs (fig. 16; 45, 47). Thin PVC sheet, fabric, plastic coated paper etc. may be used as material for printing the advertising messages. It has undergone full surface treatment (sand blasting, mechanical and chemical cleaning, protective painting, final painting) for exceptional appearance and long life. |
