The prefabricated reinforced concrete cellar (2) comprises a bottom (7) with four vertical walls (8). Each external face has a cuneiform section reinforced concrete support beam (9) whose thickness increases from bottom to top. The support beam ends at the level (10) of the lower part of a joist (5) and forms an extra support for the walls. The cellar has a reinforced concrete cover (11) constituting a unit with a wall support beam. An indentation in the contour takes a drain (19). There is a sealed ventilation duct (16) connected to a curved PVC part (15).
