A flexible electric heater comprises a flexible heat resistant support (4) of sheet or tape form, such as of flexible mica or woven glass fabric or woven ceramic fabric. At least one electrical resistance heating element (1) is secured to the support and comprising a ribbon (2) of electrical resistance material provided with a plurality of integral tabs (3) extending therefrom, the tabs having been pressed through the support and deformed at a rear surface of the support. |
