PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a simple input control signal to be enough for the test mode where an analog signal is evaluated and measured. SOLUTION: The system is provided wit a 1st D/A converter 16, a 2nd D/A converter 17, a plurality of DC hold circuits 18, 19, and a plurality of comparators 21 and a comparison and switching control circuit 21 that discriminates a level of a switching signal from the 2nd D/A converter 17 to activate a desired DC hold circuit among the plurality of the DC hold circuits 18, 19. In the case of the test mode where one controlled circuit is tested among a plurality of controlled circuits 9-11, the 2nd D/A converter 17 generates a control signal denoting the test mode and a plurality of number of the DC hold circuits 18, 19 are subject to hold operation in response to the control signal. |
