PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mechanical and electrical connection with successive stability by relaxing stress concentration on a flexible printed board (FPC). SOLUTION: An FPC 2 is placed on the installation face 10a of a terminal 1 and thrusted by the outer periphery of a barrel 11 in a cylindrical shape to be put in face contact with the barrel 11 while being prevented from damage for good electrical and mechanical connection to the barrel 11. Even if the thickness of the FPC 2 is reduced by stress concentration with secular change, the thrust by the barrel is effectively applied to the FPC 2. A serration 12 is provided corresponding to the barrel 11 in the (y) direction of the installation face 10a and, when tensile stress is applied to the FPC 2 in the (x) direction, the barrel 11 is locked to the serration 12 to prevent the looseness of the FPC 2. A circuit 21 for the FPC 2 is elastically energized by the protrusion 16 of a contact spring 13 in a beam structure with one end fixed and the other end supported to stably provide electrical contact between a contact conductor 21 and the protrusion 16. |
