PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance of an installation frame of a chair from the outer side, and enable installation to a leg part of various chairs. SOLUTION: In a method of inclining a seat 52 upward on the side of a seat back 10 by inclining the seat back 10 backward, and a chair in the method, the seat back 10 installed on a seat back installation body 38 journalled to be freely inclined is inclined backward on one side of an installation frame 22 locked to an upper end of a leg part 12 and opened on the under side. A tip protruded part of the seat back installation body 38 is protruded from the installation frame 22 and arranged to about to a back surface of a seat buck 10 of a receiving plate installed on the other side of the installation frame 22 to be freely inclined and energized to the installation frame 22 side, and the seat back 10 side of a seat 52 installed on the seat receiving plate is inclined upward. |
