PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration in commodity quality and also the contact failure and to improve the maintenance of an IC card. SOLUTION: An IC card issuing device 1 consists of a card supply part 10, a card carrier part 30, a card writing part 50 and a card store part 70. The part 30 includes a card holding part 42, an arm part 41 which can freely move forward and backward in the E-F direction and a turntable 31 which can freely turn in the C-D direction. The parts 10, 50 and 70 are set on the turning locus of the part 42 of the advanced arm 41. |
