<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the maintenance support system, applied with multimedia technologies, which centralizes various information by integrally functionalizing the multimedia technologies. SOLUTION: In a central monitor room, a maintenance server 1 which manages data regarding facilities and multimedia information regarding the data in a data base and a central maintenance terminal 2 which has various software installed as an operation station are provided. In a maintenance site, a field portable maintenance terminal 3 which sends and receives information including video and sound information to and from the server 1 or terminal 2 by radio or patrol inspection terminal 4 which sends and receives information for daily inspecting operation to and from the server 1 is carried. Then information transmission to and reception from the monitor room are performed to manages the facility data, display information on-line and off-line, the site state, and a previous arrangement and a faulty position, and generate reports on inspection and abnormality or trouble, etc.</p> |
