<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the dispersion of delay time by a power supply voltage and to provide stable delay time with a small circuit area by connecting the control terminal of the MIS transistor of the current limiting,circuit of a delay circuit to a constant voltage circuit. SOLUTION: The output of an inverter circuit 101 and the current limiting circuit constituted of the N type MIS transistor 103 of an enhancement type and the P type MIS transistor 104 of the enhancement type are connected. Further, the current limiting circuit and a capacitor 102 are connected and the delay circuit is constituted. To the control terminal of the N type MIS transistor 103 of the enhancement type of the delay circuit, the constant voltage circuit 105 is connected. Then, the constant voltage circuit 106 is connected to the control terminal of the P type MIS transistor 104 of the enhancement type and the delay circuit not depending on the power supply voltage is formed. Thus, since a fixed voltage is stably and easily obtained, the stable delay time is obtained, and even when large delay is required when the power supply voltage is high, the circuit area is not enlarged.</p> |
