REACTION METHOD UTILIZING HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE FLUID, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reaction speed even if the temp. and pressure conditions are set low at a time of reaction by using together an overheated steam method and a method using a super critical fluid or a high temp. and high pressure fluid similar to the super-critical fluid. SOLUTION: An overheated steam forming means 5 heating a solvent and a reaction substance to a predetermined temp., a reaction means 7 reacting the overheated mixed steam obtained by the overheated steam forming means 5 and an ultrasonic irradiation means 9 irradiating the overheated mixed steam with ultrasonic waves having predetermined frequency and output in the reaction means 7 are provided. A super-critical state or a high temp. and high pressure state near the super-critical state is developed within the reaction means 9 by the sound pressure of ultrasonic waves ejected from the ultrasonic irradiation means 9 and, by this state, energy for activation is applied and, at the same time, the mutual collision of molecules and dissolution action can be continuously generated.
