<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously collect the operating information of information collection object through one information collecting terminal in a simple configuration by simultaneously collecting the operating information of plural information collection objects through the information collecting terminal while using successively circulated and connected high-speed radio communication. SOLUTION: The operating information of plural information sources from 10-1 to 10-n composed of plural machines is collected by an information collector 20 composed of a personal computer or the likes. As the respective information sources, a programmable logic controller and an electronic camera or the like are included, for example. The plural information sources from 10-1 to 10-n and the information collector 20 are connected while using spread spectrum communication enabling high-speed communication higher the 48 kbps, for example. Namely, the respective information sources from 10-1 to 10-n are respectively installed with machine numbers and respective state signals are successively and cyclically connected for a fixed time in a constant cycle such as 1 sec, for example.
