<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost by adding a specified compd. having unsatd. groups and carboxyl groups to a radiation sensitive compsn. SOLUTION: This radiation sensitive compsn. contains a compd. having unsatd. groups and carboxyl groups obtd. by allowing tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride represented by formula I to react with a compd. represented by formula II and/or a compd. having unsatd. groups and carboxyl groups obtd. by allowing a compd. represented by formula III to react with an acid anhydride represented by formula IV. In the formula I, R1 is a pentavalent org. group. In the formula II, R2 is a monovalent org. group having at least one radiation polymerizable unsatd. bond. In the formula III, R4 is a divalent org. group and R5 is OH or a monovalent org. amino group. In the formula IV, R6 is a monovalent org. group having at least one radiation polymerizable unsatd. bond.</p> |
