Therefore, the main respiratory port 6 and the subsidiary respiratory port 7 are provided, the ventilation of the lighting chamber 4 is directly carried out from the subsidiary respiratory port 7, and that ventilation quantity is less set, thereby even if water is absorbed in the lighting chamber 4, that absolute quantity is less, and ventilation is performed during air evacuation. |
