PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain NKT cell-lacking non-human animal useful for elucidation of mechanism of the function and differentiation of NKT cell, elucidation of diseases possibly involved in the action of NKT cell, and research for treatment of the diseases and so on. SOLUTION: This animal has NKT cell in which uniform Vα14 and/or Jα281αchain or Jα281 gene is deleted. This non-human animal such as mouse has preferably only Vα14-positive NKT cell as mature lymphocyte, and is a transgenic animal expressing Vα14 and Vβ8.2.
