PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel magnetic field detecting device facilitating uniform winding of coils without mutual resistance, inductance and difference in the number of magnetic flux of the coils and moreover simple in circuit constitution and low in cost. SOLUTION: A magnetic field detecting device is provided with a magnetic field detecting part 1 including a magnetic path forming member 2 having a closed magnetic path formed of magnetic material with high magnetic permeability, and three coils X1, X2, Y1 wound in different places from one another on the closed magnetic path; an exciting part 3 for applying exciting voltage to these coils; and an output part 6 for detecting and smoothing exciting voltage applied to these coils to output it. These coils are excited by the exciting part 3 so as to equalize the direction of the magnetic field in the closed magnetic path by exciting voltage, and three-phase output corresponding to the external magnetic field is obtained from the output part 6.
