PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic image processing system in which an endoscopic image coordinated with an X-ray image is generated to be recorded, displayed, or printed. SOLUTION: An operator sends a fiber 11 into a large intestine of a subject (h) to observe an intestinal wall. A monitor button 23 of an X-ray TV system 20 is pushed at times to obtain an X-ray image, and a position of the fiber 11 is recognized by watching the X-ray image. In the case where a pathological change is found in the intestinal wall, an image pickup button 12 of an endoscope system 10 is pushed. The endoscope system 10 then transfers an endoscopic image to an image filing system 30, and it transmits an image pickup command to the X-ray TV system 20. The X-ray TV system 20 receiving the image pickup command picks up an X-ray image to be transferred to the image filing system 30. The image filing system 30 generates a coordinated image of the endoscopic image and X-ray image transferred to be displayed and printed.
