PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable correct positioning with a shaped paper container folded from a virtual neutral axial line after it is released from a molding by forming the molding of the paper container in a developed state with a virtual symmetry axial line orthogonal to a longitudinal axis as the center so that a solid product is divided into two from the longitudinal axis and placed symmetrically with each other. SOLUTION: A molding 1 of a paper container 6 is formed so that it is developed with a virtual symmetry axial line CL at an end of a solid product as the center and placed symmetrically. When the paper container 6 is to be molded using the molding 1, while the molding 1 is being raised, pulp liquid is sucked through a through hole 4 to attach long fibers in the pulp liquid to the molding 1. Thereafter water is drained, drying is done and the paper container is shaped. A small diameter part 5b of the paper container 6 is cut by a cutter or the like, it is folded as the virtual symmetry axial line CL as the center, and opposite planes 2 of the paper container 6 are struck by an adhesive double-coated tape or the like, thereby forming a solid molded product such as a lamp shade. |
