PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an excellent narrow-pitch electric connector for electronic equipment as being capable of precisely positioning a FFC(a flexible flat cable) and a FPC (a flexible printed circuit board) in a connector mainbody and ensuring connection between a contact line and a conductor line. SOLUTION: An open/closed-cover 13 is provided on the upper face, a contact line 11 is provided in an opening in a connector mainbody 12, formed by opening the cover 13, and positioning protrusions 21 are formed outside at both cross ends of the contact line 11 to restrict a conductor line 41 for a FFC 40 at both cross ends. Cutouts 31 are formed in the conductor connections of contacts 30 in the contact line 11 and a projecting rod 32 is formed on the back of the cover 13 to be fitted to the cutouts 31 of the contacts 30 in the closed condition of the cover 13. |
