<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check the shortening of service life in a discharge headlight. SOLUTION: This is a lighting circuit of a headlight, equipped with a dimmer lamp 1 and a main lamp 4, and having used a discharge headlight for this dimmer lamp 1, and it is composed of a passing operation means doing a passing operation, a lamp switching means doing a switchover between the dimmer lamp and the main lamp 4, a passing control means lighting the main lamp 4 when this passing operation means is operated, and a lamp switching control means lighting the dimmer lamp 1 when the lamp switching means is selected to the dimmer lamp 1, and lighting the dimmer lamp 1 and the main lamp 4 simultaneously when the lamp switching means is selected to the main lamp 4, respectively. In this connection, those of passing operation, lamp switching, passing control, and lamp switching control means are all composed of a combination switch 7 in terms of structure.</p> |
