<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve apparatus capable of shortening a rise time and a fall time of compressed air, lightening an apparatus main body, suitable for speeding-up of weaving machine, further capable of reducing energy consumption and surely carrying out weft inserting. SOLUTION: Compressed air from an air tank above a weaving machine is supplied through a solenoid valve as an on-off valve to a subnozzle as a weft inserting nozzle on a sley. A valve main body 20 as a second on-off valve equipped with a valve body 27 for opening and closing a conduit of the solenoid valve and the subnozzle is installed between the solenoid valve and the subnozzle. This valve apparatus is equipped with a spring 29 as an energization means for energizing the valve main body 20 in the direction to close the valve 27 and an air chamber 30 communicating with an atmospheric or low-pressure air line for driving the valve body 27 in the opening direction by pressure difference between pressure in a conduit at the solenoid valve 10 side and atmospheric pressure or low pressure air.</p> |
